After spending 4 hours at Zoombezi Bay on Saturday we were getting ready to leave when all of a sudden I realized my car keys were in my pocket.  In addition to the normal remote lock/unlock/trunk, the TL has the cool key fob that you just have to have on you and doors unlock when you touch the handle. Also it’s push button start as long as the key fob is with you. 

It just spent the majority of 4 hours submerged!

Luckily there is a way to use the car if the battery in the key fob were to fail, so I wasn’t too worried, just annoyed at myself more than anything.

When I touched the door handle though, the car unlocked. And it recognized the key fob and started right up. 

Way to go Acura for having a VERY waterproof key fob! I’m impressed.
