So far, nothing. No summons, no more phone calls, nothing. It could be that the court system is just slow or maybe this is normal, I’m not really sure how long it takes to file in small claims and get served. More than likely they guy was bluffing and I called his bluff. Why would he pursue a case he knows he can’t win?

That leaves us with no deck of course. For now we are just waiting until next year to figure out what we want to do out back. This year we have the office project which we just want DONE now. Maybe next year we’ll try and build our own deck?
